ME709 Recumbent Exercise Bike
Lose weight, tone up and improve general fitness in comfort, all with the Marcy Start Recumbent Bike. If you suffer from back or knee issues this bike is ideal, a 2-inch-thick back pad supports your lower back, and the horizontal position is knee-friendly as it alleviates pressure.
Seat
Designed for comfort the ME709 seat is designed with a wide back and seat pads with 2-inch-thick foam padding to properly support your back.
Computer
The computer on the ME709 is an LCD battery powered console allowing the cycle to be used anywhere. The computer is a simple one-button computer system which clearly scrolls through time, speed (KM), distance (KM), calories (kCAL), odometer (KM) and pulse rate to provide accurate information.
Resistance Levels
The ME709 allows the user to have full control over their workout intensity by adjusting the 8 resistance levels manually via a quick twist dial system.The magnetic adjustment system is whisper quiet and feels ultra-smooth.
Pedals
Slip resistant counterbalanced pedals allow consistent pedalling, with 5 strap adjustments to secure feet.
Horizontal Frame
The frame on the ME709 is designed to allow horizontal movement for perfectly aligning your body with the pedals.

I can't overstate how quiet this unit is. It makes it really easy to move it in front of the TV and watch an episode or two while getting a good cardio workout in.

It’s exactly what I was expecting when I ordered it. Very lightweight bike but believe it will work very well for me as I’m having total knee replacement in a month. I bought this recumbent to help me after surgery.

Arrived today well packaged. New bike that I need for injured knee and for weight loss. Easy to use and quiet. Reads the time, speed, dist, cal, & odo. My husband put together with difficulty and it took about 30 minutes. IBut so far I like it
